Eagles’ Don Henley previews Classic East/West shows

The Classic West, a two-day festival at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, will take place this weekend. (The matching Classic East will be at Citi Field in New York City on July 29th and 30th.)

The bill boasts six iconic bands: Eagles, Steely Dan and The Doobie Brothers on Saturday, and Fleetwood Mac, Journey and Earth, Wind & Fire on Sunday. But the real story here is the Eagles’ first full show since co-founder Glenn Frey died a year and a half ago.
